My boyfriend is afflicted with a severe case of croissant snobbery and I have taken it upon myself to carefully record the details of our frequent expeditions to experience the surprising variability, nuance, and craftsmanship of croissants from all over the world. Just as human fingerprints are unique and non-reproducible, no two croissants are alike.
